The 10mm pistol laser sight is a weapon mod sold in Fallout: New Vegas.

Effects

This mod decreases spread by 0.4 points and adds an aesthetic red laser sight effect. This brings the 10mm's spread to a total of 0.4, instead of the normal 0.8. A laser line will be emitted from the mod but may be hard to see while in the 3rd person view during daytime, or with lower quality settings.

Notes

Prior to patch 1.3.0.452, the laser sight was only worth 250 caps.

Bugs

• PC Playstation 3 Xbox 360 The laser may disappear from the weapon upon holstering the gun. Often during this time you will be unable to aim down the sights as the gun will disappear when you press the aim button. This can be fixed by unequipping the pistol and re-equipping it again. Also you can try entering and exiting an area with the gun holstered. ^[verified]
• PC Playstation 3 Xbox 360 After the patch that fixed the above glitch the mod will not appear on the weathered 10mm pistol, but the decreased spread effect still applies. ^[verified]
