The unnamed 10mm pistol[1] is a weapon used by various characters in the Fallout TV series.
Characteristics[]

The 10mm pistol is a semi-automatic sidearm created before the Great War, known for its ubiquity and versatility, and available to both government and civilian clients.
Unlike the Colt 6520 10mm pistol, carried only by the Brotherhood of Steel in the TV series, this model is seen used by various factions, including non-power armored Brotherhood officers, Enclave soldiers, and even organ harvesters.

As Petty Officer Shortsight makes contact with Maximus, posing as Knight Titus, a Brotherhood officer is seen with the 10mm pistol in his holster.
The Ghouls[]

Organ harvester Squirrel is shown to have a 10mm pistol in his gun holster, and he tries to use it against the newly released, feral ghouls, but dies before ever being able to use it. Lucy then picks up his gun and uses it to shoot Martha to death. She'd be seen carrying it when she leaves the Super Duper Mart and delivers the vials to the Ghoul.
The Past[]
Maximus uses Lucy's pistol to kill the fiends at the bridge
Lucy continues to carry the 10mm pistol throughout the episode. During a confrontation with Rink and Javin, Maximus uses it to kill the two fiends. She is later seen wielding it while entering the Hawthorne Medical Laboratories facility, though it is taken from her while she and Maximus are staying in Vault 4.
The Beginning[]

During the Brotherhood's invasion of the NCR base, Griffith Observatory. Petty Officer Shortsight is seen wielding a 10mm pistol and points it at the Ghoul when he confronts him and the Brotherhood Knights.
