First introduced into service in 1921, the .50 MG round has served with distinction, used as ammunition for heavy machine guns and anti-materiel rifles alike. The availability of a number of specialized cartridge types ensures that a weapon using this ammunition can be adapted for a number of tactical purposes.
The .50 round is a powerful 290 grain rimless center fire hollow-point cartridge produced by Circle G ammunition, they came packaged in ten round green and red boxes. The .50 rounds can be used by modified bolt-action weapons and the 50 cal machine gun.
