A .45 receiver is a weapon mod for the pipe gun in Fallout 4. It requires level 2 of the Gun Nut perk.

A .45 receiver converts the ammunition type that the modded weapon uses to .45 rounds. It provides exceptional damage, a more sensitive trigger and a better rate of fire in exchange for a less common type of ammo in the Commonwealth.
