"The Fix" is a consumable in Fallout 76, introduced in the Ghoul Within update.

This aid item restores a large amount of a ghoul player character's feral meter.

- As of patch 58, one copy of "The Fix" is acquired upon each subsequent transition between human and ghoul, and vice versa, though the initial dose is given as a reward when the player becomes a ghoul after completing the quest A Fresh Pair of Genes.[verification overdue]
- In some cases two copies of the chem may be given instead.
- They are tradable and can potentially be found in player vendors as a result.

- Due to them being quest rewards, it is implied they are created by Parthenia Blankenship.
- In terms of purpose, "the Fix" resembles the inhaler vials used by ghouls in the Fallout TV series to ward off becoming feral. However, as stated, those are consumed via an inhaler, or less commonly by drinking, while "The Fix" utilizes the same syringe asset as Daddy-O.
