Este perk funciona muito bem com os perks: Hit the Deck, Tough Guy e Tribal Wisdom (dlc Honest Hearts).
É muito útil no modo Hardcore, sendo que membros danificados são mais difíceis de se curar.
Ele não funciona bem com o perk Eye for Eye, já que se torna mais difícil de ficar com seu membros danificados, o que é a utilizado no boost causado pelo Eye for Eye.
