Take the "evil route" for Guard the brahmin.
You might have learned from Ardin Buckner at the Buckner House that Torr has gone missing. Offer to help find him, and head for northwest corner of Klamath. Exit to the canyon.
Destroy the Mister Handy, talk to Torr, and return to Ardin for your reward.
