Outside of obviously Vault-Tec and the Enclave, what single character is the most out right evil person in all of fallout in your opinion?

I've been watchign this youtuber named Nerbit recently and he has done a lot of fallout 4, 3, and NV challenge videos. has anyone else watched him? if so, whats ur opinion on him? also he fucking despises the omerta's and massacres them in nearly every playthrough. its obligatory at this point. (he nearly threw up when he did a playthrough on FNV as an omerta) also he massacres the railroad in nearly every playthrough XD

Here’s another way to solve the Andale problem: get the family’s help to switch its residents to a blood diet. I mean, it seemed set up that way.

We couldn’t join the bad guys to take over the capital(Enclave/Talon Company/Calvert’s Tribals/Raiders) or have more meaningful interactions with other groups (slavers/outcasts/zetans).

No way to have the BOS support an independent Vegas. I mean, can’t we give the tech to them, and prove that we can control it?

We couldn’t join the White Legs. Makes Honest Hearts a little less interesting as a DLC.

We couldn’t kill Garvey and corrupt the Minutemen as general/overboss

Again, we couldn’t join most of the fucking gangs. Why does Bethesda elaborately plan out quest lines for various factions in The Elder Scrolls but not so much for Fallout?

So i just wanted to ask this quest because why tf not? personally i think the FO4 BoS is a really 50/50 faction. my favorite BoS is the FO3 one and i'm not sure about the FNV BoS. the enclave are a wierd one idk what ot think about them. same with the institute, railroad, NCR, legion, etc. i am also including any DLC groups or factions. those groups i mean are those smaller factions like the khans, gunners, fiends, raiders, etc. essentially any small faction i see as a group instead of a faction.
