I have some mods that nerf the OP Broken Steel enemies, change Fallout 3 speech checks to the New Vegas style and even adding a reputation system. Even looked at unique weapon skins and idk if I should.

I had Raul as a companion and after passing by private Jeremy Watson, Raul just started blasting everyone at the dam. I had to make him stay near the visitor entrance so he doesn’t aggro on him. Is this a common issue?

I was thinking about vault 3 and just thought of something. Whilst it's pretty obvious, if Michael Robinson had became overseer instead of George Stuart maybe vault 3 could've lasted a few more years, hell, maybe until New Vegas even begun. Michael seemed to have a more cautious view to the outside than George and Michelle so he would've probably taken the weapons located in the submerged storerooms. While even the guns might not have stopped the fiends for long, they definitely would've kept their distance. Also, this might just be me talking but maybe Michael could've given the party's that went outside with a radio stransmiter to show they had returned? Instead of just keeping the door open for everyone, probably 1 of the reasons the Fiends so easily got into Vault 3
