That fat human tells me "Vault 15 has water chip" an there is no chip only fat rats and fat scorpions and now I need to go to Necropolis to find the f*cking water chip.

Fallout 1/2/Tactics
I have about 30 days left and no idea what to do. I know the chip is in necropolis but unfortunately it's invaded by super mutants and they destroy me in combat, where is the chip and can I get it without getting smashed by mutants?
"Rescue Tandi from the raiders"? "Destroy the source of the mutants"? "Become a porn star"? "Stop the Enclave"? This sounds more like things on a to-do list than actual quests. And these types of titles were kind of revived in the form of Fallout 4 radiant quests (eg. Trapper Attack on LOCATION NAME, Help Defend LOCATION NAME, Stop the raiding at LOCATION NAME, etc). I mean, there's hardly any flair to these titles compared to the quests in the FPS Fallout games. Why couldn't Interplay and Black Isle come up creative titles such as The Replicated Man, Aba Daba Honeymoon, or The Last Voyage of the USS Constitution? I know it's not that important of a detail, but I still believe that a proper RPG should have memorable quests with memorable titles. What do you guys think?
Hi there I’m new to this fandom and I have one question why would a game like fallout tactics : brotherhood of steel sell for so much ? I had to pay 70 bucks for my copy and it was the cheapest one I found

Tandi has bad disposition when I talked to her for the first time. This is my third playthrough and I have never crossed the NCR (without them knowing 🥷🫱👖🪙💉) in any of them, and I also have positive karma so it can't be that she is distant because I am evil (which, as I said, I'm not.) It did not happen the last two times.
What should I bring?
So I just became a made man with the Bishop family. What happens now? What are the gameplay benefits? And can I still become a Made Man with the other families? I already got Salvatore's quests all done so he should give me Made Man status next…
Just stole it right off an NCR guard's back lmfao
On our way to New Reno for the first time, me and the boys (Sulik, Lenny, and Cassidy) encountered this caravan or some shit out in the boonies, one of the dudes caught me stealing so we had a quick shootout ending with all of them dead. As I was looting their corpses I found an assault rifle and a Pancor Jackhammer on two of them. I gave Cassidy the J-Hammer and some shells I forgot I had to replace his basic shotgun he's been using. So I just want to know, is it a good weapon that could serve us well even in the end game, or is it a trash weapon I should replace ASAP?

In the classic games they were these caravan wagons that people made from old cars and they were pretty common too but after fallout 2 they did not appeared anywhere else
