I just started playing through NV for the first time in years and years. It’ll be my second play through on the Xbox X platform.
I’m just making my way into Repconn and just got “That Gun”. It made me think I should ask here for any advice, suggestions, tips and where to find the best weapons. I prefer ballistic weapons and build out my character to that degree. I also prefer stand-off weapons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is it only a PC thing?

What @Appalachian said. I mean, size and space is kinda irrelevant (at least IMO) as it relates to the quality and story line of the game. I don't really care about the size. I want a solid game with an amazing storyline. I want an immersive world. I want to FEEL something toward the main characters. I want to struggle to get up in the morning and go work because the story is compelling and I care about the characters. I want to be drawn into a grand novel and forget about reality. I want to be there and walk alongside the sole survivor or wanderer or whatever we call him/her. I want to be mesmerized by the atmosphere of another Fallout landscape. The size of the game has nothing to do with it.

While I know there are many many many radio station mods that one can download to listen to music while playing Fallout 3/NV/4, I was just curious to hear what sort of ambient/atmospheric music people enjoy whether playing or just chilling. A few of my favs: Maximum Love, M83, Lorn, Hans Zimmer, Royksopp, et al.
I’m obsessed with the Heather Casdin companion mod. Yeah, I know. I have issues. But she’s amazing.

Sheepsquash is a major bullet sponge. When I did that mission (years ago) it was a Wendigo I had to fight….if memory serves.
Nice job getting out of that situation though.
It’s a really fun quest though if you’re high enough leveled.
Maybe I’m just a sucker for theme parks (I do live in Orlando), but I loved the Nuka-World campaign.
With that said, I do love blasting me some fog crawlers.
