So, Vault-Tec. We’re all painfully aware of the social experiments they were committing on (mostly) innocent lives. Well, I for one was certainly not expecting them to put one of their crimes against humanity in their Nuka-World exhibit. Though, in retrospect, I guess a social experiment regarding mental manipulation is strangely fitting for a megacorpo theme park.

I prefer Sanctuary Hills. It has a decent size, plenty of flat spaces, is located close to another settlement (Red Rocket), Trashcan Carla shows up regularly for some reason, and is in a rather remote section of the Commonwealth. But if DLC is considered, then Vault 88. So much space!
Well, Fallout 2 has a working pre-war car in the form of the Highwayman, and I believe the ratio for working pre-war vehicles is 1 vehicle per 200 people, so there’s not much, but they’re still out there.
Honestly, I think they should do Louisiana. Imagine the Lovecraftian horrors that would be the mutant fauna there.
For me, it’s this:
Settler cap in relation to build size: with high enough Charisma, you can turn small settlements like Tenpines Bluff, Jamaica Plain, and Outpost Zimonja into lagfests. Personally, I feel like settler cap should be based on build size instead of Charisma score. For example: Large settlements like Sanctuary Hills can probably hold around 35 people, livestock notwithstanding. On the other hand, small farms like Tenpines should have a smaller cap of 10-15.
I’m not entirely sure, but I think it was an addendum created by the vacuum of opportunity that the Watcher Initiative created: The possibility of returning pre-War fauna to the Commonwealth.
Honestly, I’m not even certain of I’m qualified to mention the first point, considering how the only soft drink I consume is Iced Tea.
Personally, I feel like Nuka-Cide takes the (irradiated) cake there. First of all, what kind of crazy lunatic mixes several different soft drinks together? Second: God knows what’s in Quantum, and third: it looks like sewage.
Kinda figured that was the case. The same issue happens with Tina de Luca when I try to recruit her. Maybe the cheat terminal has a way to fix it. (Yes, I’m a dirty cheater)
Title. I’ve already listen to Shaun’s Holotape (Institute ending), and all the dialogue I get is either a request for surface junk or miscellaneous dialogue.
Rapture is the main setting of Bioshock and Bioshock 2. It’s a city on the ocean floor built by a man named Andrew Ryan, who believed that “man is entitled to the sweat of his own brow”. Unfortunately, it’s filled with the insane, spliced-up people of the hostile variety.

Wait, is that Rapture that you’re making?
I use them as either settlement guards (Sentry bot with Assaultron legs), or as Provisioners (full-on Sentry bots or Robobrains, with one Protectron-Robobrain hybrid so far)

So, I’m trying to put up neon lettering reading “BAR” on a building in Sanctuary that will serve as Buddy’s domain, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to get them powered. If anyone knows how to get these little buggers powered, I’d appreciate the help. (Playing on XB1)
