Prologue
Mission:Red Glare
Mission Briefing:The Epsilon Initiative has attacked and captured Bunker 341 in Chicago.Our job is to take it back.The operation is simple get in,eliminate hostile targets,extract valuable personnel,get out.

Chapter 1:Shadow of a threat
"Omega Battalion,please report to Hangar Bay #1.Repeat:Omega Battalion,please report to Hangar Bay #1." chimed the PA system.Commotion filled the halls as two columns of soldiers marched toward the elevators to the Hangar Bay.As the elevator rode down one of the soldiers turned to the commander, "Sir,where do you think they are going to send us?" "I don't know corporal,I don't know.I guess we will just have to wait and see." "Commander...we're here." As the elevator opened,the soldiers filed out and got into formation in front of a small rallying point.The soldiers' jaws fell open when they saw two Enclave Special Agents on either side of the point.The situation was made even dire when two men approached the point,one was in an Enclave generals' uniform,and the was in an Enclave Elite Science Corps officers' uniform.The general spoke to the assembled soldiers, "Gentlemen,if you do not know who I or my companion are,I will say this once or twice.I am General William Storm and my companion is Commander Arthur Raine.I'm pretty sure you all are wondering what you are doing here,I will explain now.The Epsilon Initiative has gone rogue.They have taken out our forward operating base and taken a research facility known as Bunker 341.This facility is of the utmost importance,as it is the location of our Advanced Bio-weapon Division and is where we perfected Pathogen-X before it was transferred to the PROMETHEUS Facility in Appalachia.With this in mind all personnel will be told to wear their division's B.C.U. suits at all time when inside the facility." As General Storm finished speaking,Commander Raine spoke up, "Thank you General Storm,but we need to get down to brass tacks.Soldiers,this mission is vital to making sure the Epsilon Initiative doesn't get access to the more recent bio-weapons that we have been developing there.I don't know if any of you are old enough to remember what happened at the PROMETHEUS Facility and what Pathogen-X does to the human body,Pathogen-X destabilizes,effectively liquefying,the cells of the inner organs of people who are not either vaccinated against it or are wearing B.C.U. gear." After Commander Raine finished speaking,General Storm approached the stand, "Soldiers,you will not be alone in this endeavor.Enclave High Command gave us executive authority to deploy four of our Special Agents.I will introduce them individually-" Commander Raine points to Special Agent Reaper, "This is Special Agent Reaper,he specializes in breach and clear missions as well as stealth eliminations." Commander Raine points to Special Agent Stitch, "This is Special Agent Stitch,he specializes in demolitions and heavy weapons." Commander Raine points to Special Agent Cipher, "This is Special Agent Cipher,he specializes in infiltration,code-breaking,hacking,sabotage,and assassination." Commander Raine finally points to Special Agent Viking, "This is Special Agent Viking,he is one of the only Special Agents that can fly a troop transport vertibird as well as get into that bunker.He will be there to get you there,get you in,and get you out." As Commander Raine finished,General Storm approached the soldiers, "I know the stakes are high,but you will prevail.You are some of the best soldiers in the Enclave Armed Forces,and with four Enclave Special Agent on your team,you will get the mission done.God Bless America-" "God Bless the Enclave." responded the soldiers and Agents. "Now and Forever." finished General Storm.
