@The Appalachian I agree, fallout doesn't need an abby scene.
All of them because I don't use them and find them to be pointless.
The Commonwealth because in all fairness it is the most desolate. Unoccupied buildings for miles around and the main cities' occupants are abysmal.
Always start Automation first at lvl 15 it's not long and the benefits are a great addition to your gameplay.
Robot people not know they robots!
No, I do not agree with Chris Avallone at all. But we know the only reason why FO4 is lukewarm, milk toast is because of the political garbage, SJW, feminists and activist grifters like sarkisian.
Bethesda, did well to keep themselves out the limelight and not put a target on their backs all the while still producing an enjoyable game that is still true to the series.
Notice as the absolute lack of skimpy outfits which had become a staple or expected in the fallout series. But sadly it is par for the course in these times, everything gets the axe.
I am not making a case for ludes but simply addressing the elephant in the room, it is true that mods can fix this but the fact the game is missing parts of it's original content because of outside factors is a shame.
I do not stand for censorship and puritan standards in adult rated games. I will never bend the knee to anyone and only find it pathetic and weak for those that do.
If someone can't handle it, then it's not for them! But far too many adults are children now and need to have their hands held.
@Knife Maker There are quite the many (Paired) animations in the base game. For an example takedowns and when dogmeat holds a Target.
The most users according to my mod download statistics is always as follows.
1: XBOX one
2: PS4
3: PC
but the pc user base is totally skewed because it doesn't account for nexus "only" users going by bethesda's internal data. I can only imagine that PC would be first place followed by XB1 and PS4 being last place.
So the poll results are very accurate worldwide.
I don't know if this is a continuation of the original topic, but I would go as far as to say that we don't really know if Blamco mac and cheese is precooked and ready to eat or is it more like conventional macaroni and cheese where you have to cook the noodles and add milk, butter and/or water to the pre-processed dry cheese mixture. Of course Brahmin have milk see Slocum joe's brahmin milk. It would be simple to pasteurize it and also make butter from the milk fats. Cheese on the other hand isn't that simple. Rennin is easy to extract from the one of the newborn calf's four stomachs. You can make vinegar from (tomatoes) tatos but finding the right bacteria to age and curdle it but no problem finding sea salt after separating the remaining water (whey) with a cheese cloth will be an issue but if making robots out of random parts is child's play then I don't think it is beyond the realm of possibilities.
There are also rams/goats in the Mojave and oxen in Nuka-World.
If all of them were to go extinct, then yes that would be the end of cheese (as you know it.) Unless human and mole rat milk works, good luck with it.
@The Dyre Wolf There isn't and that is the reason why they have been quiet about mods for 76 because it will uproot the whole in-game store.
They do review all mods summited and remove and give you a strike if you violate a rule that you didn't mean to or know about.
I had a PS4 tester mod that I uploaded as "WIP" work-in-progress but because of a DDoS attack on the servers I didn't get to label it, tag it, give a description or upload artwork. The servers were down for like two days and I figured it didn't upload to the mainframe and forgot about it and was greeted by a very upset employee that removed it, scalded me and gave me a strike. Ouch, my rep!
It could be done if it's in the TOS to NOT unlock atomic shop items. It wouldn't be worth the effort.
Also you have to apply the blizzard ent. mandate "DO NOT EFFECT THE SERVER ECONOMY" which is a big one.
Oh and another thing to worry about is the aspect of grieving, like a one shot weapon for pvp or nuke codes conveniently placed around your base camp and/or other such things. All of these things and more have been accounted for by the big wigs and it's best to either play it as is or wait for 5 which might be co-op.
@The Dyre Wolf Sadly, no. All of the Atomic shop items are in the base archive and subsequent expansion archives. The only thing that you (pay for) is the access code to add the items to your inventory.
The C.C. bypassed this problem by not having the "Data packs" in the game's file directory, so when you Buy it, it will download the files that makes up the content, data, quest files, textures, sounds, models.
I've looked into 76 and each patch, every single thing is added. So no need to download anything beyond the lastest update.
As an example: say your friend you're playing 76 with has the Santa protectron and you don't. You wouldn't see his in your game because the files wouldn't be there.
The problem as I was told is that because of the (micro transactions) Bethesda has chosen to cut mods completely, because it will hurt their bottom line. Yes the goal was to have mods in the beginning but because of the creation club they chose to milk the content. The paid monthly payment model was good for paying for the servers but they wanted a little more. "Blizzard model" If given mods, you would have access to everything in the game all (in house content) and there is a lot of it. Think about everything in the atom store in one mod, Sorry. But it's business and money is priority over "fun".
Just remember when Blizzard changed the compressed archive files for WoW so no one at mmowned could make (patches) anymore like hex file codes giving you the twin blades of azzinoth or other things? Yeah, it's like that.
The problem why anything from 76 can't be put into 4 is because Bethesda changed something in the file format of .NIF the model syntax. It has something to do with the new game engine, maybe to do world lighting. But because of this the files are completely unreadable. If anything at all only the textures can be used like a recolored nuka cola, an enemy, a weapon or tattoo. I don't know if animations are affected but the models will crash our tools. Please do not think that (We) haven't been trying but to no avail. Sorry.
They are not being racist because ghouls and super mutants are not a race, they are of the same race, the human race and species. But being bigoted is most likely. It's a word that young people have either never learned or forgot about.
And I know about how fantasy RPGs and MMORPGs claim elves, orcs and dwarfs are labeled a race and not a species.
Lore wise it makes sense that the B.O.S. don't like Ghouls because they are ticking feral time bombs and super mutants are cannibals. Synths are just pre-programmed walking toasters (body snatchers).
If you're (faint of heart) then the brotherhood isn't for you.
Did you have steam guard two step authentication setup?
After so many of my accounts were highjacked I have to have it if it's offered.
The first thing that will happen is the black rain or (Ash rain) that will go up into the atmosphere. Not only is it highly radioactive but it is the ashes of everything and everyone that was immediately vaporized in the blast radius only leaving their shadows burned into the super sun bleached surroundings.
The long term affects are purely based on location, habitat and amount of bombs in the area. A few bombs here and there wouldn't make much of a large impact on the environment. See Tangooska, Chernobyl and the Japanese miracle as references.
Just pulled a 17 hour shift and back for 12 more. Oh, well. It wasn't like I had plans or anything...
But here ya go.
Yes, I did.
Later, Tater!
More, just for the hell of it.
I hated that, didn't know if we were supposed to be quiet or friendly or just both while wanting it to end.
None, there should have been more. But I know it's a paying royalties thing.
I got called back into work early. I only had time to go home and sleep but guess who is on crisis pay, holiday pay and overtime?! Oh and the only reason is because of the snow, people can't figure out how to get out of their house...
Oh, hell. Here are some more.
