Do you think the brotherhood should change their way of thinking? should all chapters come together for a reformation of ideologies? if so what do you think it would look like? what would change? would the outcasts return as a faction because of the change or would they compromise?

@Saxhleel12 its something hypothetical, what if statements lore wise this would never happen but if it did what do you think would change if they changed their policies. if some of the elders were more open to change. as for the outcasts i'm saying that will a faction like the outcasts leave the BOS and follow their ideologies and refuse to compromise. I apologize i wasn't very clear about my question.

Id have to say broken steel and operation anchorage for Fallout 3 as they gave really good items. Fallout 4 would be Far Harbor, Automatron, & nuka world
I chose the BOS as there goals lined up to mine (lore wise), i mean sure the institute is awesome but the have no scientific ethics such as kidnapping the people of the commonwealth and (possibly) experiment on them with the FEV virus. that's what made the institute less appealing to me. the minutemen were kinda too good to be true type of deal there ideals were noble and all but unrealistic. the railroad wants to save synths (personally i do and don't agree with them). the BOS were more realistic to me, their goals were confiscate technology ( although they end up killing innocent people, and taking anything and everything that is considered dangerous: with a little reformation it could work out). although Elder Maxson was kinda hitler most of the time, he knew that synths were dangerous to mess around with as making a synthetic human being could cause real problems as they have their own will which means they could easily wipe out the human population. at the end of the day all the factions are neither good or bad.
On your first playthrough Which faction did you choose? what goals or morals made you choose that faction? do you still agree with the faction actions today? what made that particular faction stand out from the rest?

@The Dyre Wolf , after reinstalling the dlc and reloading my save it still would not load, so i went off and did the operation anchorage dlc to see if it would activate by then and it didn't.

So i've completed the main quest line and activated the purifier but after my character dies the end slide show plays, after its finished im taken to the title screen and broken steel doesn't start. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey, so i just bought the broken steel dlc because I thought about replaying fallout 3 again but i already ended the game and died. so if i were to play now would i need a new game save, load a save before the ending, or will it just continue?
