Teleportation...

Actual ADS in Fallout 3 would actually combat in that game less jarring.

Removing the Karma System in both games.

Adding Cut Content for both games.

Just Kill one before you get to New Vegas then after you leave the Tops you get the mark of ceaser that resets your reputation with them if it was lower then neutral.

^normally it has no weight but in survival mode it does.

Road leathers because they look cool.

Or you could use explosive prefix weapons like spray and pray or kiloton radium rifle. The ammo for both is quite common.

^ San Andreas now that is some nostalgia right there.

^ Oh yeah I forgot that one but there is a lot of games they have made.

^You mean the Obsidian Cult. That unrelenting belief that they have in New Vegas which you despise with a passion goes deeper then that game alone. A lot of Obsidian games get crazy amounts of praise and it is not just New Vegas, Pillars of Eternity, The Outer Worlds and Avowed isn't out yet and it is getting hype and praise for being amazing just because who it is developed by Obsidian. You just gotta look down the rabbit hole of their zealous belief of Obsidian and you will see it all.

And reviewers and fans of Obsidian want them to make New Vegas 2 because it will be made by (I will quoting a review here of the Outer Worlds.)

"This game is amazing made by Obsidian who made New Vegas a underrated, amazing and perfect game by a underrated developer"

Shooting a feral ghoul with a Gamma Gun.

They focused to hard on the base building aspects of the game which in turned gutted other aspects of the game.

Hopefully in 5 they focus the least on the base building or not have it at all. Since if you want to base build you can play 76 or wait for a mod.
