House is lawful neutral and yes man is chaotic neutral in my interpretation. The only way to be true neutral is to not pick any side technically.
I struggle to think of cool places for a new Fallout game. Most have simply been thought of already.
You jump a few steps in the quest but ultimately he’s even more rigid in his stance than the other guy at the end (sorry been a while so forgot the names)

Serious: Alistair ten penny and Mister Burke. You side with them, and blow up a great town. All you get in return is a room. That’s it. They are crazy and evil separately and not much else, just bland 1 dimensional characters

Somebody in the game said it best, the Legion will turn on itself when it runs out of blood. Had they won, as soon as they reached the Pacific Ocean and couldn’t find any more resistance, they would start to fight each other. It’s a government that demands blood.
