I think the only thing that's right is Caesar's legion
I love the gecko with the barrels, it's so adorable
3000 mk IV, because I like having the Radio on its own setting, and also the layout of the regular 3000 is an ergonomic disaster, but it is aesthetically very nice
2000 is nice, but comes off as clunky to me (and missing an integrated Geiger counter in the F1/2 version is unfortunate)
Fallout 4, with over 120 hours on my current and first playthrough, still unfinished
second would be NV, pretty sure my first playthrough (all DLCs) was about 100 hours
probably a quest that was written before the world map was finalized, and they decided to keep it without tweaks because of dev time
@Liberating Saint yes, also I don't know of any other Matoro aside from Matoro from Bionicles
damn, I think you need a better girlfriend
Animal Friend is really helpful in a lot of situations, such as dealing with all of the nightstalkers in Old World Blues, or doing Red Lucy's quest
they technically don't sell chips either, since they're not potato slices, they're a potato puree shaped to resemble a chip (aka potato crisp)
^ that meme (skeleton casually approaching child) has been around long before the Rittenhouse case
^ especially since Fallout has a history of SPECIAL being unbalanced
in Fallout 1 and 2, Agility was the most important by far, because with a low agility, you could barely move in comat, and some weapons couldn't even be used
in Fallout New Vegas, and Fallout 1, Charisma is almost useless, because the mechanics built around them are broken (companion nerve, and dialogue reaction)
being aware of the imbalance and using it to your advantage is not "using the training wheels", it's taking a slightly easier route, which the player can choose not to do
considering that the NCR's suits are more like plate armour than proper power armour, I think it's a sacrifice they were willing to make to secure the large roadways
I always go for ben, since Santiago is kind of a dick
Agility, primarily for Action Points (In Fallout 4)
^^ they're seperate for a reason. practices are different, Canada's is largely a harvest festival. doesn't make much sense to have a harvest festival 3 weeks after the entire country is covered in snow
Canadian Thanksgiving was over a month ago, but I come for the bread rolls, and the desserts (especially pumpkin pie)
I think that's more just a flaw for games with overbearing durability systems, that they keep you from using the really good and cool weapons. if the only way to repair two step goodbye was with another ballistic fist, I never would have used it
in New Vegas, not all perks are created equal, which is probably due to the devs dropping the stat bonus perks 1 2 and 3 had, and also having perks for more levels than those games did. the more there are, the worse the balancing will be generally, but it also has the requirements of lvl 14 and 90 repair so you can't get it until a fair bit later
edit: it was probably also a response to player's not liking the durability system of fallout 3, and wanting to give players an option to streamline repairs if they choose
T-60 just looks like a suped up T-45, and not a continuation of the line after the T-51, and that upsets me
