Going on 9 years for me
Unpopular opinion. Fallout 3's original ending was not a bad ending. Bethesda just realized their style of game is more enjoyable for most if the ending is open and allows you to continue to play. But really the ending was fine.
I think its just the right amount.
There are so many fusion cores you can essentially use power armor 24/7 in Fallout 4 but im sure balancing was one of the reasons still like Appalachian said.
Yes
The game is 15 years old using an even older engine. Of course the game play isn't as good as FO4. I feel bad for anyone who didn't get to experience the older Fallouts upon release or when they were still relatively fresh. They were special.
Nah off topic is allowed as long as it doesn't become too much but yeah we welcome you to our dedicated off topic post.
This just in. Super Mutants leaked to be in Outer Worlds 2... lol
Culture and technology intertwine a lot. And to me they are both essential to groups. And I really can't decide which one I favor learning about. I guess I see them so intertwined I don't separate them like that.
But to answer the question to the best of my capabilities, I think the culture is more important to rebuild. But without rebuilding technology some, you won't rebuild the culture as well as it was either. In any post apocalypse the culture tends to be violent though and fixing that should be priority. But maybe technology assists with that culture change.
^I essentially agree with littlebigpig
In a time of turmoil and certain death, a friendly face that seems to have essentially monopolized the shelter system is your only option. Any audits or inspections the government may have done prewar could be won by showing them the many vaults that on the surface do appear to be purely a safe shelter for people to survive and thrive after the bombs.
Some competitors in the industry would've been nice. The government didn't really have a reason or option to not trust them.
Or kill them and take their gun. Both can work lol
You say "what" to theirs but I think yours is more far fetched than theirs 🤣. After all it's head canon. Fun to be creative.
My head canon is that the Courier is dreaming the whole game. The gun shot actually killed him. And his brain activity is just simulating the whole game for a few minutes after death. I don't really believe this but it's kinda fun.
I don't see any words between "downloaded" and "(For free dw)". Good luck though!
Fallout New Vegas. Just has some of the best writing in any video game ever.
Gosh how did i forget to mention cyberpunk. if you havent played it yet, its a must.
What system? I'm not familiar with Good Old Games.
Life is Strange and any Telltale game. They kind of fall in the "butterfly effect" category but they are tremendous.
Mass Effect and The Elder Scrolls. GTA and Red Dead are linear stories but you definitely can make choices that impact the game a lot.
I love these style of games too so as more come to me I might add more.
The game play was an improvement over FO3 that came out just two years before.
Yeah I'm currently playing FO4 on PS5 and seeing some glitches. Nothing I wouldn't expect from Bethesda though and nothing like the one you've possibly encountered here lol. I'm not doing mods though.
