Figure out the issue and getting Improved Operators heavy chest?

I'm having trouble adding the mod Improved to Operators heavy chest piece which CTDs and I get this log. After I first crash 2X, I dumped the Operators heavy chest piece I had in a container then use a command to add the same amount of Operators heavy chest piece then it crashed (attempting to add Improved); the attached log is from that 3rd try.

Can someone help me figure out the issue and possibly help me in getting an Improved Operators heavy chest? I guess I could just spawn a bunch of operators until I get one, but I'd rather not gain XP from that.

Almost dead south of Abernathy Farm, north of dam, there's a hill on top of which there's random encounters around the campfire; my 1st time there was the encounter in which a synth confided to 2 companions being a synth. I tried helping it and I think I barely managed to stop the execution. When I heard of the Railroad, I immediatly remembered about it and wanted to help again.

I didn't go in Concord right away, I scouted the surroundings to try to spot possible traps (going in Concord at the same time); so that encounter was one of my 1st.

Mods about automatron settlement defenders?

As the vast majority of my settlers are equipped with either a Gauss rifle or a .308 Combat rifle, I thought it would be good to introduce something melee so my settlers could keep doing ranged damage. For that purpose I completed Automatron main quest then built nicely equipped sentries, which cost me a pretty penny each, then send them to settlements.

I was very disappointed when one got blown and I couldn't repair it considering how much it was worth. Is there a mod so I could repair it, say for ~2/5 of its building cost? Alternatively is there a way for it to start fleeing when it gets low on HP, say < 1/4 its maximum?

Right now I'm using a workaround of the command

resurrect

, but its then stuck right under the ground partly sticking out. If I then do the

disable

then

enable

trick it reverts to its initial state loosing 100s caps worth of mod; and the only way I found to get it upright over the ground is by building a robot workbench then using its terminal to get it in.

BoS oppress a bit regular wastelanders, but I feel in front of a major threat they'll fight the most. Although leaving your whole leadership and top scientists in the same spot is bewildering with them knowing about Sentinel site, and especially with 2 bunkers of theirs already built!!

I love it most as outside the closest perimeter of parks there's multiple high level enemies, as in the attached.

I used Start Me Up Redux and never fathered anyone... that I knew of. I never joined BOS nor did an Institute quest but the latter are still neutralized... thanks to The Fens Sheriff's Department - Bleachers 2. I don't think I'd get any benefit from Aeturnus, I don't recall seeing any settler reload a gatling laser.

Never Ending weapons with fixed location or same NPC?

While I think Never Ending weapons for myself is good in some cases, most of the time the ammo cost is too great for my taste. However since a single ammo of the weapon type is necessary for settlers, I give most I find to them, with a massive overall DPS (cuts reload time). I recently learned of Prototype UP77 "Limitless Potential" and I'm wondering if there's other Never Ending weapons with either a fixed location or from the same NPC?

High radiation or Glowing Sea adding mod?

I try to only use heavy weapons when in a power armor. Some levels back I got a sweet Mighty Gatling Laser while my character was not built for it at all. I'm now sufficiently "perked" up to go have fun with the legendary weapon and am looking for an excuse to be in a power armor.

With a previous character I played South of the Sea and I'd rather not replay it for now (maybe in a few years). I've just started to roam

Radical - COA AddonsNexus Mods :: Fallout 4

installed and although it certainly make the place different than the vanilla place, in a few hours I should be done covering the place.

Do you know of a mod which either

add a new high radiation location that has some power armor stations not--too--far in between (eg < 15 mins to reach one), or
modifies Glowing Sea a decent portion, by adding creatures, objects, buildings, or perhaps even quests?

Alternatively to #2, perhaps the whole area around The Nucleus which contain high radiation locations could be enveloped by a high radiation fog, making a mini-Glowing-Sea, would be nice.

When I see a foe start to float, I get the same excitation as when a cop pull out a less-lethal weapon, and usually end up in laughter for both.

I just realized a cheat I regularly use. When my game crash I turn godmod on then spawn the enemies I killed since my latest save then wipe them out. I made batches of what I think are average group of enemies I've encountered. I consider the former a workaround, thus not cheating, the cheating part is when I want allies & neutrals to die. When I spot an ally or neutral with something nice, especially when there's a legendary one, I get my followers to stay far away, I turn godmod on, go in the middle of allies or neutrals, sneak, spawn an enemy group, then flee; I repeat until no ally or neutral is alive then loot them.

For at least 2 generations The Institute thought those outside, land dweller or however they call them, are sub-par. How many hamlets/villages have they wiped out using Gen 1 & 2s? How many have they replaced with Gen 3s? They try to have the Sole Survivor record a threatening takeover broadcast message.

My favorite is Followers of the Apocalypse but I think it's unrealistic they'd ever control a significant territory.

The vast majority of my CTD are split between 2 aspects, and I think the 2nd is linked with the 1st,

not enough free memory (eg Task manager > Processes, under 80%), and
changing weapon/armor mods at a workbench.
