I got the TTW version and I'm just not familiar at all with her skill system. I wanna utilize her effectively. Any advice?

This is a work in progress, but I'm having so much fun trying to have it all make sense. Feel free to give your own thoughts and suggestions.
Altmer - Extra energy weapon skills and Action Boy from the start.
Argonian - 50% resistance to radiation, along with extra unarmed skill and a perk from level 1. Also auto rebreather.
Bosmer - 50% resistances to poison and radiation along with Animal Friend from the start.
Breton - 25% resistance both fire and energy weapons damage along with extra energy weapons skill points tho less than Altmer, same amount as Argonians added unarmed.
Dunmer - 50% fire resistance and the Pyromaniac perk from the start.
Imperial - The extra caps perk along with extra Charisma points from the start.
Khajiit - More unarmed points than the Argonian along with 2 unarmed perks from level 1.
Nord - 50% resistance to energy weapons and terrifying presence from the start. Extra melee weapons points equivalent to the Argonians unarmed and 1 melee perk.
Orsimer - Just as much skill points as the Khajiit added to melee along with 2 melee perks. Toughness perk from the start.
Redguard - 50% resistance to poison along with a Strong Back and Action Boy from the start.
