Should I complete Valore! before or after meeting Raul?
We visited all the vaults we hadn't yet, so all besides 21 and 22. She never wants to return to Vault 11 ever again. We also saved the Prince, Raul from the evil dragon Tabitha on the dreaded Black Mountain. Best for last, we killed the Deathclaws at Quarry Junction with a variety of weapons we had collected.
I am in love with the unique Marksman Carbine All-American now and so is she. She favors that, the 12.7mm guns, all scoped weapons, Plasma weapons, the LAER, Holorifle and fire based weapons.
Gonna try and finalize our characters today and tomorrow and start our first true roleplay Friday.

I talked all three people (Loyal,Anderson,Sterling) but Raul will not talk to me to initiate the last part of his quest. He just keeps quiet.
I tried the setstage command but set "000e61a5" followed by either RepairTrack, GunSlingerTrack and MetPersonXYZ is not recognised by the console
Also the startconversation command also doesnt work? How does it work?

When reaching Raul's max affinity, he will wear two different armors depending on you previous dialogue with him. Do you like his Vaquero outfit or the Petro-Chico jumpsuit?
I should've known better than to send them both to the Lucky 38...
