Porter Gage

So I've been playing through the Nuka-World DLC for the first time, and whenever I try to put a form ID from the wiki (i.e. to teleport Porter Gage to my location) it says it can't find it, despite the other form IDs from the wiki for base game characters and quests working (Such as Curie and Caits IDs and the emergent behavior quest ID). I was able to find a form ID for Gage that works (0600a5b1), but now the "A World Of Refreshment" quest is bugged, and I can't find the ID to skip ahead in the quest stages. Does anyone know why this is?

Is there a mod that allows you to still be friends with Porter Gage even after killing all the Raiders in Nuka World and Vice Verse for Preston if you become Overboss of the Raiders and help them conquer the Commonwealth. Need this for Xbox too.

I've finished the gauntlet but gage doesn't exit his animation to use the intercom and I can't progress. Any help appreciated. And I have tried loading a previous save. also redeye says nothing

Update: i loaded a save to while i was on the monorail, and ran through it with god mode, and it all worked fine...
