So i just wanted to ask this quest because why tf not? personally i think the FO4 BoS is a really 50/50 faction. my favorite BoS is the FO3 one and i'm not sure about the FNV BoS. the enclave are a wierd one idk what ot think about them. same with the institute, railroad, NCR, legion, etc. i am also including any DLC groups or factions. those groups i mean are those smaller factions like the khans, gunners, fiends, raiders, etc. essentially any small faction i see as a group instead of a faction.
So, imagine this, you're a good karma Courier who got the best endings for the Old World Blues DLC, who will focus on making the Mojave Wasteland a better place after the Second Battle of Hoover Dam. But... who should you have the Think Tank work for? Well, we can rule out Caesar's Legion because they hate technology (even though Caesar himself has a power fist and an Auto-Doc). Then there's the NCR, while they are the most technologically advanced faction on the West Coast, not all of its citizens are tolerant of former humans. And if someone figured out that Dr. Borous created the blights that are Cazadores and Nightstalkers, then people who had to put up with those abominations would likely try to kill Borous (and maybe the other scientists). Then again, they have hordes of robots and mutants at their disposal to protect themselves. Still, the NCR would probably have an uneasy alliance with the minds of Big MT. There's also the Independent route, but I was told that even with Big MT's help, the Mojave will still end up in a state of anarchy. But, who's to say it won't end? Of course, we couldn't leave out Mr. House, another influential pre-war figure who doesn't need a massive course correction to use his intellect to try and save humanity. Of course, in some of his endings, he does make questionable decisions (such as killing the Kings if they are convinced to stop fighting the NCR, which is pretty uncharacteristic of him since he flat out says the NCR are his best customers. And then there's the fate of Primm if they choose to accept the NCR when House secures dominance. I heard from Arcade that House exploits people, so that wouldn't be totally uncharacteristic of him. Still, it's a dick move to tax people to death just because they wanted protection.) Oh, and don't forget that Dr. 0 is absolutely envious of what House is able to accomplish. So yeah, it'd likely be another uneasy alliance. But who do you guys think the Think Tank should work for?
I really want to see what people have because I’ve made my own playlist for fnv and I feel there’s so many songs that fit perfectly
I know there's been plenty of discussions over which faction should manage the Mojave. And in many of them, there's been people who have claimed that the NCR is no worse than the legion. I'll admit, the corruption, incompetence, and the fact that assholes get most of the credit in an NCR ending is highly off putting for me. And I think that if the NCR is to quickly reform, then they should fail in the Mojave (preferably at the hands of the Courier, since House is a dictator). But honestly, it's disturbing how many pro-legion players there are. I mean, they're a very half-baked faction, whose quests amount for 1/3 of NCR/House/Independent quests. Then there's the fact that these people try to justify the legion's crimes, or paint them in a better light. I don't know, maybe I'm reading into things too deeply. Anyone got anything else to add?

This is not a post about it's story role, more so about the artistic, visual representation of the town as it was shown in the Fallout TV Show and what your thoughts on it was. We do see a brief flashback of it in its prime but if you include the outro credits and the chalkboard we see a lot of what the town had to offer.
Shady Sands had:
- Functioning Tramlines
- Clean Water
- Courthouse
- Government Building
- Elementary School
- Public Library
- Ancient Well (From Fallout 1)
- Inscribed Obelisk (From Fallout 1)
- Cornfields
Overall, what did you think of the aesthetic? Did you like the look of the NCR Capital or did you wish it was different?
It seems like the BoS ending is canon, meaning Liberty Prime is active. However, he's just kinda, roaming around the Commonwealth now. I understand why the NCR base probably didn't warrant the use of Prime, but was he just taken apart and stored in the Prydwen? What do you guys think?
