Is it justifiable to kill Super Mutants regardless of their intelligence and the threat they pose?
Both intelligent, and less intelligent, Super Mutants have been a threat to humanity multiple times in Fallout history.
My question to you is: When it comes to arguments made by groups like the Brotherhood of Steel, are they right on an ethical basis? Is it moral to kill a Super Mutant even if it's like Uncle Leo or Fawkes, based on the danger its existence may pose?
In short, are all Super Mutants dangerous enough that it's justified to kill them?

So i was confused as to how all gen three synths have Shaun's dna. Yet instead of being exact clones of Shaun. They have a unique appearance or are doppelgangers of someone else.
So I've been doing a lot of reading. if I'm reading this right FEV allows them to alter Shaun's dna to replicate the dna of someone else or create a new profile. How does this work. I know FEV created supermutants. Which have been altered to the point that genes that are defective. Such as one's that lead to cancer or diabetes mellitus are gone. This leaves only the most dominant traits. This is why supermuants are generally stronger and healthier than average people.
The trade off is that it turns them green, ugly, and psychotic. The psychosis is probably why most are homicidally violent.
So how does the Institute maintain the advantages while countering the negative side effects?
What if they were feral ghouls in power armor? Like with no fusion core very slowly coming towards you and knocks your ass out with one punch
Can super mutants use power armor pieces for armor? (Like the bigass fallout 4 P.A.)
What creatures (animals) can be exposed to FEV and live?
Super Mutants and their related mutations, much like Power Armor and Nuka Cola, have been a staple of the Fallout franchise. Bethesda in particular has expanded their reach, adding a new strain to each of their games from Fallout 3 onwards. So far, we've had these sources of FEV:
Mariposa Military Base: Created the Mariposa strain, which seems to be present along the West Coast and the Mojave, and the Midwest (Missouri and Kansas) according to Tactics, and possibly also Texas, if that information from FBOS is ever recanonized.
Vault 87: The Vault 87 strain, which seems to be almost entirely limited to the Capital Wasteland, as they don't appear either in the Pitt or in Point Lookout.
Institute: seems to be largely in the Commonwealth.
Huntersville: seems to be largely in Appalachia.
Since FEV seems to be more common than we thought, what other sources of FEV do you think are out there?
The FEV strain used for Vault 87 makes it to where the effected person never stops growing.
I made a sketch today demonstrating a theoretically centuries old super mutant. Around four times the height of Liberty Prime, tumors dotted on the body due to over regeneration, and the left arm is shriveled and small due to a mitosis error in cell growth.
Please note what you see near his crotch is not a penis, it is a car (somebody else confused it for a penis). I would also like to ask you to excuse my handwriting.
From left to right it is Liberty Prime, Behemoth, Overlord, Master, Brute, Normal Super Mutant, and then Human.
This should compensate for body weight. Note: the anatomy is mirrored so you could see the anatomy of the ‘good’ arm. In reality, the left arm is shriveled.
I am making a bone anatomy to demonstrate different skeletal structure, so that it provides stability.
I mean, if they don't eat, how do they get necessary the energy to keep their bodies running? And if they're entirely organic, how does their body not dry out without drinking? FEV or not, you can't just get energy or water from nothing
