So I recently watched The Act Man's review of NV (I'm incredibly new to the series) and he mentioned you can get an ending where all the characters narrate their deaths at the hands of the Courier, how do you get that?

As some of you may already know, I normally do not consider the applicability of "canon" to the events described in the franchise as the main focal point of my experience but a recent discussion on YT about the Fall of Shady Sands triggered a thought I'd like to share.
Maybe it has been already discussed but here is my thought.
The Fall started in 2277, approximately when the Legion arrived in the Mojave, and ended shortly after the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, with the nuclear destruction of Shady Sands, So, basically, the decline of the NCR is happening at the very same time the Courier is roaming the Mojave and it ends after the completion of FNV game.
As NCR power vanishs after the Second Battle of Hoover Dam, it means they lost the battle: NCR ending is ruled out and cannot be canon.
The Legion is not mentioned during the Series events, not even once: to me it means their influence on the Mojave/California region is either minimal or null, therefore they haven't won that battle either. In addition, if the Legion would have had control over NV I'm sure it would have been the very last place on Earth for MacLean to go. Legion ending is not canon.
There are two option left: Mr. House is ruling the Mojave or NV is a free city under Yes Man watch.
As the pre-war facts suggested, Hank MacLean could even personally know Mr. House, then making NV the perfect place where to seek help, the former option is the one with higher probability to be canon.
What's your opinion?

I feel like this would be the best ending possible
The answer might seem obvious at first but the Followers of the Apocalypse helped them, so did the Khans turn a new leaf or something?
I did an enclave win before, so here's a potential BOS win. Basically they're a bigger force in hidden valley
Hoover Dam
The Brotherhood of Steel, with the aid of the Courier was able to drive both the NCR and Legion from the Hoover Dam. Operations on the Dam started almost immediately after the bodies were dumped, and the fires extinguished.
The Brotherhood had finally gotten revenge on the NCR, and established control over the city of New Vegas.
New Vegas
After the second battle of Hoover Dam, the remaining NCR on the strip fled to Camp Mccarran via the monorail under orders from Colonel Moore. Not but a week after the fighting Brotherhood of Steel squads flooded inside New Vegas.
Those who resisted, executed, and those who surrendered to BOS rule were stripped of any technology they had. The Van Graffs were attacked in the dark of the night and exterminated for their energy weapons, inadvertently severing part of the NCR and possibly Legion's weapon lines.
Mr. House, having been severed from his cerebral connection to the Lucky 38 by the Courier was put under intense research by the Brotherhood of steel for his life-extending technology. He was kept alive, as the husk of a once clever and intellectual man.
Yes Man was eventually found by the Brotherhood and gifted to the courier as part of their reward.
The Courier
For their aid in helping the Brotherhood of Steel secure Hoover Dam and going above and beyond the call of duty in the Brotherhoods eyes, they were given the prestigious rank of Brotherhood Sentinel and oversaw operations on the Strip and Lucky 38.
Black Mountain
Black Mountain, the former glorious state of Utobitha, was used as a major communication outpost by the Brotherhood. With the radio station, they were one step closer to contacting the Eastern Brotherhood
Raul Alfonso Tejeda
Raul, finally free of his super mutant captors, was made a slave once again when he was kidnapped by the brotherhood and forced into a repair position at the Hidden Valley Bunker.
Becoming tired of being a slave, eventually learning about the self destruct sequence, sabotaging the brotherhood's weapons and armor, having stolen a lever action shotgun and a couple Pulse Slugs from the armory, Raul then activated it in a way to eliminate the brotherhood's presence in Hidden Valley.
Many Brotherhood Soldiers died trying to kill the so called "Ghost Vaquero" who vanished after the explosion of the bunker.
Some rumors say he died inside, others that he went to Baja and joined the NCR, but no one really knows.
Boomers
The Boomers, having had their leaders massacred by the Courier, eventually left Nellis Air Force Base.
The Brotherhood of Steel then seized the lady of the lake but were unable to use it due to the training pods being locked. Many days went into cracking the code before they could train their soldiers.
Occasionally the humming of a plane engine could be heard above the Mojave Wasteland, watching for threats to the brotherhood in the Mojave.
Brotherhood of Steel
The Brotherhood of Steel, having accomplished their dreams of moving outside the bunker and establishing control over the Mojave, finally achieved peace in it's ranks.
The Brotherhood would enter a new age of technological advancement after studying Mr. House's life extending technology, and rumors of a major technological base called the Big M.T. circulated. Though none of the squads the Brotherhood sent, returned.
Veronica Santangelo
Veronica, having finally achieved her dream of getting the Brotherhood out of the bunker and into the Mojave could finally rest in her endless debates with Elder Mcnamara on the fate of the Brotherhood.
Although she was not done yet, as she heard rumors of her lover Christine and adoptive father Elijah in the Sierra Madre. She gave a final goodbye to the Courier and set forth to find her loved ones.
Fiends
The Fiends, after their occupation of Vault 3 and the raiding of a brotherhood caravan was discovered, vanished after only a day. Outer vegas was full of ash and some specks of blood. Vault 3 was quiet and closed, with heaps of ash surrounding the entrance. No one questioned what happened, for no one really cared.
Followers of the Apocalypse
The Followers, although favoring an independent new vegas, aided the Brotherhood in their fight against both sides of the Hoover Dam. They were given the reward of not having their technology seized. Their fort was used as a medical outpost for the Brotherhood of Steel and were forced to inflate prices of treatment for outsiders while taking no payment from Brotherhood Soldiers.
Arcade Gannon
Arcade, happy that neither the Legion nor NCR had secured the dam, joined the Brotherhood as a Scribe after seeing their technology. His medical and scientific knowledge was questioned but was always deflected. He still wondered what could have been if the Courier hadn't sided with the Brotherhood, however.
Goodsprings
Goodsprings, having been instrumental in saving the couriers life from execution, was gifted with being a brotherhood farm and outpost. Victor was taken away and any technology found as well. Although the town was safer, it was far less free than it had been.
Rose of Sharon Cassidy
Cassidy, having never met the courier, helped the NCR soldiers at the Mojave outpost repel the first wave of Brotherhood Soldiers. Wielding a grenade launcher and Plasma rounds, she killed many Brotherhood Soldiers before holding the line for NCR to evacuate down the Long 15.
She died downing an entire whiskey bottle before suicide bombing an entire squad of Brotherhood soldiers with a pulse grenade.
Great Khans
The Great Khans, wisely stayed out of the fighting at Hoover Dam. With no obvious technology they were left alone by the Brotherhood of Steel and only raided caravans not associated with them. Their reign of terror lasted many decades.
Jacobstown
Marcus, having witnessed the might of the Brotherhood, begged them just to leave the super mutant haven alone. The Brotherhood did for a while, until Stealth Boys were discovered. The Lodge was a heap of ash by morning.
Lily Bowen
Like the other residents of Jacobstown, Lily perished. Although, many Brotherhood soldiers succumbed to her and Leo's sledgehammer
The Kings
Obviously in no condition to fight "a bunch of tin can boy scouts" The Kings stayed out of the Brotherhood's way. However when Rex was discovered inside the King's Palace, only heaps of ash remained, and the dog was gone.
Rex
Before the destruction of the Hidden Valley Bunker by Raul, Rex was under research by the Brotherhood due to his extended life and cybernetic enhancements. He perished in the bunker after it's self-destruction.
The Misfits
Having been trained by the courier, they put up a worthy defense at Camp Golf during the Brotherhood's siege. They helped evacuate many of the NCR before putting up a last stand. For their valiance in the face of death, they were all prestigiously awarded the Medal of Honor after death.
Novac
Novac was mostly left alone by the Brotherhood after the battle of Hoover Dam until a knight stepped in to the city and discovered both Boone and Ranger Andy were NCR, nothing but ash remained in Novac.
Craig Boone
Having been at Novac during the Brotherhood's vicious assault, he valiantly defended and helped evacuate it's residents before perishing himself.
NCRCF
The NCRCF was mostly left alone by the Brotherhood after the battle of Hoover Dam, however when a Brotherhood spy found that Eddie had a plasma pistol, the correctional facility had only residents made of ash
Vault 19
Having been isolated during the time of the Brotherhood's takeover of the Mojave, the Vault 19 powder gangers survived for about 3 months until one of their gang members was captured and interrogated. Vault 19 was caved in by a weak spot in the cave.
Primm
Primm, was mostly left alone after the battle of hoover dam until ED-E was discovered in the Mojave outpost. Nothing but a heap of ash remained in the town.
ED-E
ED-E was seized by the Brotherhood after the massacre of Primm and researched extensively. After a few years a small army of eyebots patrolled the Mojave
NCR Rangers
The NCR Rangers put up a valiant defense at Camp Golf with the misfits, but eventually perished.
Enclave Remnants
The Enclave Remnants, after hearing about the Brotherhood's takeover of the Mojave, all fled north to the state of Idaho. Their bunker was found and utilized as a command center by the Brotherhood.

In Fallout 4, tucked away underneath a bed in Nick's office, is the Mysterious Stranger Case Files.
Now this document is in itself huge, as it revealed much about the Mysterious Stranger, and confirmed he's a real person that can be seen by others. But there's another small detail that grabbed my attention.
Take a look at this list of locations where the Mysterious Stranger is known to have been:
Commonwealth
Capital Wasteland
NCR
Shady Sands
Notice something wrong? No? Look at it a bit more. Go ahead, I'll wait.
There's no mention of New Vegas!
This is a massive oversight! The Mysterious Stranger appears in his trademark outfit in FNV, and we even got to meet his son and get a gun that plays his tune. It's not a matter of Bethesda sweeping Obsidian under the rug either, as Deacon actually directly mentions Robert House in his dialogue. So what happened?
Well... New Vegas could be a part of the NCR. This would be a reasonable explanation, as while there is no official ending for FNV yet, the NCR are the good guys.
What do you guys think? Has Nick stumbled onto the real ending of FNV?
