I have some mods that nerf the OP Broken Steel enemies, change Fallout 3 speech checks to the New Vegas style and even adding a reputation system. Even looked at unique weapon skins and idk if I should.

I was thinking about vault 3 and just thought of something. Whilst it's pretty obvious, if Michael Robinson had became overseer instead of George Stuart maybe vault 3 could've lasted a few more years, hell, maybe until New Vegas even begun. Michael seemed to have a more cautious view to the outside than George and Michelle so he would've probably taken the weapons located in the submerged storerooms. While even the guns might not have stopped the fiends for long, they definitely would've kept their distance. Also, this might just be me talking but maybe Michael could've given the party's that went outside with a radio stransmiter to show they had returned? Instead of just keeping the door open for everyone, probably 1 of the reasons the Fiends so easily got into Vault 3
He had passed away from cancer on September 7th. Another Fallout legend is gone.
Hello all. Just wanted to say that there is an online multiplayer Fallout: New Vegas and I was hoping you might join me ingame. I'm a member of the United States Enclave, and we're looking for fellow patriots to help rebuild the greatest country on Earth!
Installing it is a lot simpler than even I thought it would be. If you need any help, just send me a message on either my talk page or on Discord. Thanks for your time and I hope to see you in the Mojave!
The show has made it clear that the Institute and Railroad have been destroyed like they were in the games or made to work for the brotherhood and or minutemen. By default, one of the New Vegas endings has to be canon as well. I'm not going to lie, I definitely have a hard time believing the NCR ending to be canon because they absolutely wouldn't leave California and the Strip in such shitty conditions. Ulysses definitely couldn't have gotten away with his crazy ass plan, if he did that'd be a dick move on Bethesda's part. I bouncing between a Yes Man or a House victory, given that the strip is the only place that prospers in those endings. Or maybe we'll be introduced to an entirely new faction that's didn't originate from America? Personally, I'm just hoping the story of New Vegas is handled with the respect it deserves. Also, an ending is chosen and it's not Mr. House's, then the only way we'll see him again is as a Think-Tank (but I doubt they'd accept him).
I’m currently doing a door randomizer play through of FNV. Basically, the mod makes it so that all doors that force loading screens lead to a random location. For example, the door of the Prospector Saloon led me to the Tops.
I’m running out of places to look for more doors. I’ve already visited Hidden Valley, The Tops, Nellis AFB, and most of the towns and NCR bases in the game. I’m looking for ideas on where I should go to next to find more doors (either in the base game or DLC)
Bro: Yo if you could live in any Vault, which are you choosing?
Me: Vault 68.
Bro: …you mean Vault 69?
Me: [Confirmed Bachelor] No.
So I downloaded Fallout New vegas ultimate on PC through Xbox and it won’t run outside of windowed mode without heavy lag and like 10fps
Anyone got a fix?
Guys well it is true if you use the NCR Emergency radio you can take the troopers or rangers to DLC areas like here
Also well I am sorry Ranger Lady but you are probably going to die here in the sierra madre
If mr house was born in 2020 does that mean he grew up on skibidi toilet and lankybox

What's the name of the song that plays in the background during the character creation with Doc Mitchell at the start of the game? Its part of the official soundtrack but I don't know which one it is.
The topic is not current, it's obvious to anyone, but i want to discuss about it. I like a person, who completely passed Fallout: New Vegas just once, and then a few years ago, without much thought, I took the ending with the independence of New Vegas, cause I didn't like any of the faction leaders.
NCR maybe can do a city better, but most likely there will be corruption and commitment to its "citizens". Legion like stupid slaveholders, and act according to the law of "Survival of the fittest", which, for my passing and playing the Courier at that time, as a defender and a "holy benefactor on the Wastelands," I considered disgusting. And House maybe look like a genius man, who protected the entire city, however I always thought he can betrayed me, not even thinking much. That's why I didn't choose any of them and I choose independence. But now, I think play in Fallout: New Vegas again, at the same time, analyzing the story in as much detail as possible (not without the effect of the series). And what is the essence of the question: Which side of the conflict did you choose, and why?
It will be interesting to read your opinion in order to fully understand the issue if I don't understand something.
So one of the key complaints about fallout 4 for years has been it's "forced" good guy approach with only the institute being the definitive bad guy ending with the BOS being a middle ground ending where they destroy the larger theat to the Commonwealth but have their own agenda for it pertaining to collecting pre war tech destroying synths and abominations through any means necessary. Until the introduction of Nuka World DLC which offered a Raider faction. I'm curious as to what are the pros and benefits of villainous playthroughs as I've been aware of the karma/reputation system in Fallout 3/NV but what's the main appeal of it?
Not throwing shade on Fallout 3/NV fkr the diverse approaches the character's moraks can take just curious on what makes the bad guy role so appealing to the community kinda lost on it
