I don't know if you remember, but when I joined this wiki, playing Fallout was a desire of mine, and when I played the lore was extremely good,I finished the game twice, once on the Institute side, and once on the Brotherhood of Steel side, It was wonderful I'm thinking about playing Fallout 3 and Fallout Vegas,But there is a problem, my English is not that good,But you ask yourself: so how are you writing this?

And since both fallouts don't have the Portuguese language (which is the language I speak)I have difficulty understanding NPCs

Example:A npc He says I need to enter a base secretly. I understood that he meant for me to enter the base no matter what

I love that you do ONE thing for friendly NPCs, and they let you steal ANYTHING from them now.

lol check this out guys. i was alone on my mid char when this guy joined my party. if you had played for years and every second of your in-game life your character was on 4 x lunchboxes, since lunchbox was introduced, do u think you can reach this level? my main is not even 5% of this guy's level.. 11k is insane! do u think he/she has all legendary maxed out.

I didn't take the screenshot for this, i just noticed this after. i took it to capture the bugged ghoul- noticed he is floating in mid-air? and he can't be killed, even if u deplete his HP, a strand is left, and then it heals to full again. he is not hostile.

Hi, i encountered this bug yesterday, for the first time. it was definitely a bug, not an inadvertant change or anything like that.

I select a female Char but log-in to a male version of her. for sure this was not done by me, because

1. I always use preset heads, she was using female head 8

2. Her new male sprite, while still having her name in pip-boy, was male head 05, the male head of my main character.

3. I was switching between my main and my alt, it was pretty laggy, and somehow my main gender and head no. stuck to my alt.

This was not a biggie to me, since only takes me a few secs to change her gender and head back (since i use presets), more so i want to find out

1. What triggered this, if any specific action caused this

2. I need to be sure if it changed anything else! like stats! Well, i do not notice any perk sets out of order, but SPECIAL i'm not so sure. i have herd mentality on all my characters and i always enter group mode as soon as i log-in it has become routine.

Anyone else experienced this before?

Hi just found trivial matter, thought i might note it here, i don't think it has any effect on how your name is recorded.

When u create a character, the name slot is not 'empty'. it has a space in it. u can test it by creating a new char, let's say u key-in "ABCD", there's actually a space where the asterix is at -> ABCD*

You can confirm this by using right arrow key to move the cursor after keying in your name, but before u press enter.

When i create a character i deleted my space off- At first i thought the space was recorded, and this might interfere when ur name is displayed on some panel with center justification, it cannot perfectly center because there is a space there-but this is NOT true. you can test. if u want.

Hi, i know people see your Bethesda Display Name, but i was wondering, can anyone see your Character Name at all? at any instance or through any interface? maybe trading/crafting/party-matching etc.?

If no, then i guess the character's name is only for you to tell your 5 characters apart at main menu, much like the in-game snapshot.

Btw. i take it that the character name is non-unique

After you get your last slot at 300, what else does each level-up do, aside from give a perk card or give u option to switch an attribute?

At that level, i'm sure your final build is more or less set for that character, so how does your character actually gain any additional effectiveness by a level-up? i mean, u don't get HP from level-ups, u don't get more leg. slots, u have all the perk cards u need, this game has no skills, so how is a level 301 more effective (by it's character design) than a level 300? for that matter, how is a level 2,000 more effective than a 300?

Do not consider Gear/Equipment or wealth in this question, consider all characters equally as wealthy, have same top-end gear etc. only want to discuss how each level-up benefits a particular character design.

Factions: Caesar’s Legion, White Glove Society, Boomers, Railroad.

Weapons: Shishkebab, That Gun, A3-21’s plasma rifle. There are so many good ones I need to choose more: The Deliverer, Salt-Upon-Wounds' power fist, and Jingwei's shocksword.

NPCs: Caesar, Shank, Col. James Hsu, Pearl, Big Sal, Judah Kreger, Olin, McNamara, Theil, Desdemona, Nisha, Rex, Col. Autumn.

Quests: O Daughter of Babylon, That Lucky Old Sun, Guess Who I Saw Today, To the Mattresses, Veni, Vidi, Vici, There Stands the Grass, The American Dream, Finding the Garden of Eden.

Favorite moments: Exiting vault 101, speaking to the Enclave for the first time, going to Vault City, finding the G.E.C.K. Also killing Mr. House, talking to Oliver and persuading him to flee, killing Shaun, finding a city filled with cannibals, killing everyone in Goodsprings, helping a certain faction prepare dinner, meeting Caesar, killing Benny at the casino, meeting Mr. Burke, and dropping a bomb on Megaton, and getting a nice place to call home in the wasteland.

Just as the title says, I will like to know who is the most evil npc or non player character. Npc in non canon games are included.
