Think about it detroit being a major industrial industry city it would be fun we could re introduce the midwest enclave and brotherhood I know you can have Sh*t in Detroit but still it would be fun and the reason for Montana we could get more animals that are gouled that would be nice and in top of that I kind of want an actual air force base besides Adams

Spent a while browsing mods for the Midwestern PA in NV and F4, and noticed how odd the lack of capes is. The chain? Sure it's there, and in different flavors for some mods. The cape? Even in F4 where fabric physics have improved considerably, it remains absent. Strange.
