With the recast of House.. I'm wondering if the House we saw last season and on TV is actually a body double/spokesperson he uses for the public, while he hides in Vegas and starts building his empire unknown.

I think Cooper Howard’s ghoulification ties back to the Bakersfield Vault (Vault 12) from Fallout 1. The Vault was never fully sealed, and long-term radiation exposure turned them into ghouls. Cooper ending up in a similar situation would explain how he survived the war and became a ghoul.

I think cooper finding more about his family will either make him happy or hurt him deeply. if he finds out they have long passed it could be a painful reminder to himself that he's alone without his wife and daughter, or if he finds them alive, it may only be his wife, and his daughter was actually sacrificed so the mother could live and continue to work with the vaults

I think that Lucy and Maximus will meet up later but kind of lose touch after leaving him behind at the end of season one. The ghoul might find his family but things might not go so well with his wife. And Lucy’s brother would probably take over as overseer and lead the vault dwellers through the wasteland.

One of the trailers teased a fight between Maximus (in the new NCR "Power Armor") and a Deathclaw, so in light of recent events, here's hoping Maximus breaks away from the Brotherhood chapter based in Area 51 and strikes out in being how he remembers what the Brotherhood is 'supposed' to be when they rescued him from that fridge after Shady Sands was nuked.

I think the House they showed in season 1 is House's brother why they still show him on T.V and how House can be out in public without them knowing who he is. As the Ghoul he won't die since he will be in Fallout 5 along with some of the other characters. As for Lucy she will have been changed to be me more like the the ghoul and he will be little more like her. Also she will probably shot her dad over him trying to kill the son and she'll have no choice. As for the brother hood I think they will use them to introduce synth and also show the a full super mutant not just his arm. And on the last episode they might show the Enclave joining in a bigger way. A full scale war between them all

Lucy is probably going to realize that fixing the wasteland isn’t simple in the games trying to help usually means picking a side and dealing with the consequences and that’s likely where her story is going. The Ghoul fits perfectly into this, since New Vegas is full of people who’ve survived a long time by being ruthless and practical. If they follow the games at all things like Hoover Dam will be a large part of the main focus of the story.

Lets see... I think we'll see Lucy struggle to come to terms with what it really means to survive outside the vault but will adapt and change to suit her predicament. I also think Norm will start questioning the Vault-Tec more deeply and more Vault-Tec secrets and experiments will be revealed, especially those inside the vault that might make the story take a turn.

I think we will come to learn that Barb Howard pushed the button to drop the bombs.
