House and NCR are literally playing out in our world right now, let's see how fondly our ancestors speak of it when our bones in our coffins decay into dust. As for Yes Man, it's literally anarchy. No plan except what the Courier wants, and if they don't get something done? It's over.

The Legion unironically has the best plan, because while they're slavers, and their leader is arguably overrated, their system works because its inspiration saw such massive success that Caesar as a name is synonymous with conquest and integration, and the Mojave Wasteland isn't that different than Ancient Gaul.

For the overall wasteland, you'll find quick all four have their flaws: House and Yes Man have zero plans for anything outside of Vegas. The NCR is a bloated bureaucracy that can't even fight a proper war without going into crisis, and the Legion, once it has no enemies, will slowly degrade and collapse... And it still has factions like the Enclave and the Brotherhood to deal with.

But for the Mojave, Legion. House and NCR are the exact systems that literally led to the Great War, and Yes Man has no system. The Legion's system works in a tribal world dominated by ignorant, brutish, short-lived people who thrive on violence and lawlessness.

THEY CANT EVEN HANDLE A GROUP OF ELVIS WANNABES WITH NOTHING MORE POWERFUL THAN A 10MM SMG. and i'm saying this even though my Profile picture is a veteran ranger.
