I don't know, but none of these. People always go on about how "War never changes" is such an iconic line, but to be frank I never really saw anyone talk about it outside of Fallout circles until the abomination that was the Amazon series came out last year that was only good for making Fallout more mainstream. Sort of canceled out by it increasing the number of annoying Bethesdrones on r/Fallout.
Getting back on topic, I don't think video games have ever really had a counterpart to "No. I am your father."
