I don't know, but none of these. People always go on about how "War never changes" is such an iconic line, but to be frank I never really saw anyone talk about it outside of Fallout circles until the abomination that was the Amazon series came out last year that was only good for making Fallout more mainstream. Sort of canceled out by it increasing the number of annoying Bethesdrones on r/Fallout.

Getting back on topic, I don't think video games have ever really had a counterpart to "No. I am your father."

Also I think Paarthunax's "What is better? To be born good or to overcome you evil nature through great effort?" is a more impactful line from Skyrim than the meme shout.

^No, that’s the title of the final Wild Card quest. The banner you see when you enter Rapture clearly says that.

While I wouldn't consider iconic, I've always enjoyed, "Evil always finds a way." - from the Overlord game series. Then again, it's probably because I really like Gnarl.

I'm rather partial to Commander Shepard's "I should go." :)
