Usually I go with a stealth sniper, but sometimes I just go full assault rifle. FNV is a little different, I go gunslinger because of the cool weaponry and I like wasteland cowboys. After Dead Money, I go full on Holorifle for the rest of the game.

The anything I find

CQB. Kills the enemy more, and accuracy increases.

Shotgun build is pretty much unbeatable. Riot shotgun+And Stay Back=Instant stunlock on EVERYTHING, including Deathclaws

I usually go stealth sniper. But late game F3 and most of 76 I go melee build. Especially since 76 added its version of the Industrial Hand from NV.
