My thought process is that since its pretty likely for the BoS ending to be canon (due to the prydwen being able to get to the west coast) Nate/Nora could've gone with them on the prydwen or could at least be mentioned by the BoS.

I don't think they will, mentioning that either of them is still alive would canonize the gender of the Sole Survivor, which is something they probably want to avoid.

In Fallout 4 they mention the Capital Wasteland having clean water without ever mentioning the Lone Wanderer. If they do mention something the Sole Survivor did they'd probably only mention what it was, not who did it.

yeah they could probably sneak in a mention canonizing one of the fo4 endings but i think that's about the most they'd do

The TV show confirmed that either the BoS or MM ending to F4 was canon, but really the only reason that came about was because the Prydwen's survival was established. The TV writers and Bethesda staff working on the show didn't go out of their way to do it.
