It's a fun idea, but I think it should be limited to the in-game audio. Maybe also automatically cripple the player character's head.

Does anybody else remember when that gaming harness thing came out that would cause vibrations all over your torso whenever your character got shot and it started making people sick? Yeah, I'm still recovering from that. No need to simulate blowing out my eardrums too.

Another idea: Walking is too easy, so every time you take 2 steps you have to press "Y" in order for you to not trip and die!

^^^^I assume you've seen the simulated scent gaming thing. Or the suicide helmet where it would actually set off explosives in your helmet

Flashbangs are enough with an expensive headset, i fire one bullet in siege w/o a suppressor and im deaf for 5 minutes flashbangs in any game is a whole other story, they could add an ear damage effect into survival though

Having your discord ubruptly turn to light mode is a flashbang in of itself.
