Does the 2076 World Series Bat effect count as a legendary effect? And if it doesn't does that mean I can use the legendary modification mod to give it a legendary effect?

I think its a unique lengendary, so you cant take it off nor put another on, but i may be wrong
I think it counts as a legendary effect, so you can't put another legendary effect on it.
