The player is God and can destroy any faction. You can't scale a factions power to the godlike power the character employs.

Hate to say it: The Enclave at their peak were in command of the United States of America....

No postwar power compared to that.

After that it'd probably be NCR, and from there it gets quite debatable what we mean by power. The Institute and BoS are technologically superior to every other power, but the Legion controls the second largest nation that we know of (and pretty securely, at that).

^^^^ The Brotherhood can also be destroyed by the player, as can the Enclave in Fallout 2 and 3, and the NCR and Legion in New Vegas. Compared to the player, they are all weak.

^ If you guys want to say all factions are weak in comparison to the player then Idk why you're dickriding the Institute, so I guess this is just a battle for which faction you and Scothe like more if we follow your logic. You also don't destroy the NCR or Legion, you merely push them out of the Mojave.

^^Killing Ceaser is killing the legion, and you can stop the NCR from happening by killing its founders in fallout 1.

Im not not super pro Institute, it's just they have literal flawless teleportion and can print soldiers/laborers, make clean water and food, infinite power.
