My opinion would be in the affirmative as they are (apparently) an Aryan-type faction.

It makes sense that they would because the Railroad helps synths escape and gives them a new identity, which makes them very hard to track down. They can even become Brotherhood paladins without anyone ever noticing, as proven by Danse. I don't think synths are any more dangerous than humans when they're not under Institute control anymore, but Maxson thinks they still are, so he sees the Railroad as a threat.

Is it justified by the Brotherhood's logic? Yes.

The BoS thinks synths should be destroyed, even non-Institute ones. The Railroad helps synths. Therefore letting them live makes their job harder.

Any actual sources for your claims? Since, you know, synths are sentient. Not like smartwatches. And that the Railroad never states they will kill all humans to save synths. Meanwhile, the Institute says they'll kill everyone else to achieve their goal...

Morals are meaningless because everyone has thier own set of them and they are all different. Do what you want, have fun, let loose!

You'd be hard pressed to find a lot of people that would excuse killing innocents for no reason.

The best option would be a peace agreement between the two, but I don’t think that would happen. I think the Railroad would quickly pivot to the fighting the Brotherhood after the Institute’s downfall as they’d see the Brotherhood as an oppressive occupying force, so from the Brotherhood’s pov it would make sense to neutralize them at the earliest opportunity
