Like the bombs physically or the explosions themselves?
I believe the bombs are similar to the size of maybe 3 or 4 men standing side by side. In FNV and F3 there are unexploded bombs which granted could just be reused assets that Obsidian did. But the mdoel reminds me of one that would be dropped from an bomber or airplane. But it think it depends on what launched the bombs themselves. Long distance missile silos from China to the U.S or from a nuclear sumbarine just off the coast.
We do see some of the missile silos in FNV in Lonesome road and see they are(Americans at least) they are hundreds of feet tall. But they mighr be intended for continental long launches.
All the way back in F1 it was established that the pre-war nations preferred weaker nukes to reduce the danger of fallout. Ironically, they stockpiled so much that it had the opposite effect (more small nukes did greater damage than a few big nukes).
If they used weaker nukes, is that why there still so many not flattened buildings in Fallout?
I assume it was due the the fact they didn't hit the cities directly but some form outside of it and that was why a lot of places didn't fet flattened.
Was it the nukes that hit Boston that caused the radiation storms to occur or was that some other kind of phenomenon. I assumed the storm was the winds carrying the radiations and effects from the Glowing Sea over.
^Aye, radstorms originate from the Glowing Sea.
What do you think?
