Ghoulism: Literaly useless, due to how radiation works.
Aqua Boy/Girl: Broken af. Lv2 already grants waterbreathing, Lv3 literaly makes you invisible under water.
V.A.N.S.: Just the Clairvoyance spell from Skyrim, except it is worse.
Animal Friend/Intimidation/Wasteland Whisperer: You need lv3 for these to be actually usefull, and if you holster your gun, the pacified entity turns hostile immediatelly.
