My courier always has wild wasteland and often employs unpredictable tactics in order to win, no matter what the gender. They are a literal wildcard in that sense. you think you're going to win, and then boom, they do something that catches you off guard and now you've got a hole in your head and your corpse looted of everything that was on it. XD
My sole survivor is a close second, though. However, as I always tend to play Nora (the woman), she's more of a pacifist and just likes to build up settlements. But she'd be a fine example of the saying "Beware the quiet ones". Because if you leave her alone, she's cool. But if you keep on annoying and prodding her, like attacking her settlements, etc? Blam! comes out the minigun and the fatman launcher.
My courier, even my female ones, tends to be more of a murderhobo and slightly insane. But that's what you get when you get a bullet through your head; it scrambled things around. that old man is really good at his job and put things back together as much as he could, but even he could only do so much. memory loss and a bit of brain damage, eh?
