Oddly enough, the mole miner is the successor of a cut player race called the "super molerats" which the devs did release the stat info for.
Super molerat players would have reduced charisma and strength, but buffed endurance and perception. They also could not equip armor.
But based on the mole miner NPCs in-game I'd keep the armor and charisma negative traits but increase endurance and strength (since the mole miners are physically tougher than ordinary humans). Probably also have a passive trait that mole rat creatures spawn as passive unless attacked, similar to some robots.
