I think the NCR is going to play a bigger role, there's no way the remnants we saw are all that's left of the biggest nation state in post-war America. We're probably also going to see New Vegas because it appeared in the final credits.

I think Barb is going to be thawed out and take on a villainous role of some kind. They’ve done all the work to make us hate her, it would be foolish not to use it

Also I think it would be call if in the next game we got to meet these characters as a bit of a tie to the show or part of the main quest for that game.
