For me it’s an easy answer, Caesar’s Legion it’s already hated by most of the NPCs in New Vegas and if you decide early on in a new playthrough to join the Legion it’ll likely be a very difficult one as most companions will be unavailable/hostile and you won’t be able to do that many quests.
I didn't realize Ceasars legion was hard. I kind of just blew through it. Granted I am level 30-50 when I did it after doing a lot of quests and dlc missions. But even so I thought it was easy. Guess it makes me feel more unique to be a messiah Legion player when the two don't really mix well. Like at all. Like Water and avacado oil kind of mix well...
