For me I liked Honest Hearts due to the involvement of the expansion of the story regarding the Legion, plus I liked the being involved in a war. Dead Money to me was just more a Jigsaw environment and death can easily get you. Which I guess is an interesting way to present it since you lose all your stuff, and keeping companions alive, and the dark atmosphere was kind of nice. I don't know how a Bethesda DLC would work if they did that a second time in Fallout 5 where you loose all the gear you had on you at the time, and essentially making you naked and rigged to die if you do one wrong thing. But it was different and not basic so thats nice. At time New Vegas felt less like an apocalyptic wasteland for some reason. Just a desert so I was like "okay nothing new here" except when I went in old broken buildings.
