Can you reload an old save? If not, you’re just going to have to be ok with the bad rep from the White Gloves. You might be able to try sneaking out the way you came, and if so, you can try speaking to Majorine (sp). But if not, you might already be locked in.

There are much worse things to have happen, and arguably, it is the better outcome. It was already a conspiracy from within the cult of former cannibals to abduct and consume human flesh.

Yeah, it’s always a downer have to reload an old save, but it’s much better if you have some left to rely on if needed that running into real bad luck, where you’re trapped with no old saves.

Well looks liked its time for the White Glove Society to accept "reform". Finish those cannibals off!

If you're not a member of the White Glove Society then entering the members only area through the kitchen will cause everyone to be aggro. However loss in reputation shouldn't effect the disposition of White Glove personnel in the public areas of the casino, so in theory the quest should be able to function as usual as long as you don't go into the members only area without permission.

Some methods for completing the quest may require unrestricted access to staff areas, so disguising yourself as a White Glove staff member or infiltrating the group may be necessary depending how you're going about things.

Not exactly a solution, just how things are nominally meant to play out. If it is a bug then there's not really much you can do except load an old save unless this is a known bug with known work arounds.
