Enclave is kinda cringe bro, legion literally hangs people up by crosses and sells slave while institute runs unethical experiments( just play the Sims or people playground) enclave is fine apart from the undying nationalism while unity wants peace throughout the wasteland yet goes to drastic measures to do so ( fact check me if I'm wrong I haven't played 1 or 2) while legion is literally slavers who are kinda cultists but not really. And also commit acts of terrorism in the wasteland but at this rate who doesn't. ( We can all agree we've all had fun raiding McCarran with a chainsaw) The legion wants complete control and goes to incredibly drastic measures to do so, like more war crimes.

I wonder what's ultimately worse for the human race: A few hundred people in a couple American states being tortured and killed to set up an egotistical nerd's LARPing empire or all but a ~thousand incestuous authoritarians left to repopulate an Earth they ridded of millions of people. Hard to decide.

But let's be honest, the enclave got there ass beat in the first 3 games, they got blown up in the oil rig, raven rock got 360 no scoped by the lone wanderer, either way the enclave is doomed because Bethesda always wants the protagonist in fallout to win, it never really comes out on top for the enclave, or the scorched, or whatever the sole survivor hates, or the courier hates really it just depends on who you align with, if you side with the ncr you're gonna see the legion as some larping wastes of space, if you side with the enclave you're gonna see the brotherhood as hoarders who want to keep tech from people, it just boils down really to perspective

Sometimes if the bad guys win there would be no sequel because everyone else is dead, like with the Enclave who would have killed everyone and the Scorched which was described as an extinction level threat.
