I believe it’s something like a 20 to 24 hour timer. I’ve looked into trying to put together a time table article before, but I’ve only ever reached an incomplete draft. When I proposed it last, I needed assistance with actually getting some of the times confirmed, like you’re trying to do now, and unfortunately I was shot down with no interest or by editors who did not believe such a page was needed.

Ill see if I can find a link to the draft I had last, but it might not have what you are looking for, and even if it does have it, it’s an old draft, so the timeline could be outdated.

Cop a Squatter was inconsistent for me. Sometimes, I had to trigger the mission, but others, the enemies I needed to kill would be generated by the game regardless of where I was, which made for interesting XP and loot rewards where a random player, other NPCs, or a nuclear detonation could wipe out my targets before I ever even thought about targeting them.

Fly Swatter and Surface to Air both felt incredibly rare, but I cannot confirm or deny whether or not they are locked to once per day. I have seen these are fast travel indicators on the map, and I know I never did anything to trigger them.
