Both. I’m personally a big fan of both of these games. Although New Vegas has far better mods IMO.

With Fallout having a pretty decent sale, you should be able to get both with all DLC for under 15 bucks, maybe 10 bucks. I'd do both :)

Yeah on the ps store its 5 for each f3 dlc. im buying them soon

GOTY edition is probably cheaper than buying all DLCs separately.

Get both, both GOTY edition then play it with TTW mod so you can play in one game but able to travel from Capital Wasteland to Mojave back and fourth.

I would say start with New Vegas for now. There’s a lot of fun gameplay mechanics and replayability.
