Potential setting for a new Fallout installment?

Give me some of your best pitches for a new setting in the Fallout universe,

Personally, and I may be biased since I grew up there, but I think Baltimore would be a good one. It sits right on the Mason-Dixon line, so you get a nice mix of northern/southern influence. There's a a lot of history there (the Star-Spangled Banner was written during the Battle of Baltimore). It's a huge city with a diversity of environments, from sprawling countryside, to suburbs, the inner city, the harbor, industrial parks, forests, swamps, etc. Maybe even have a cameo by John Waters. And it's near DC, so player can revisit some of the places from Fallout 3 for a bit of nostalgia. You can also play into the local camp and idiocentricities (NukaBohemian, Huns/Hons raiders, Druid Hill filled with actual Druids).

Honorable mentions: St. Louis, New Orleans, Denver, Detroit

I feel like St. Louis or New Orleans or somewhere along the Mississippi River would make a good game. I also think one set in the Pacific Northwest would also be good.

Baltimore is too close to DC for the environment to vary much from Fallout 3. maybe in a long future installment, but I don't think that's Fallout 5 or 6 material.

In the US, I think NYC, Seattle, Portland, or Miami would be interesting locations, certainly unique compared to the rest of the franchise

Matoro Rocks the issue I have with NYC is 1.) everyone from Grand Theft Auto to Deus Ex has done an open-world interpretation of New York and it's a little played out and 2.) There's just too much actual city... and not much else.

St Augustine Florida would be a great place to have a fallout game. San Marco fort , Fort Moses, Ponce Deleon/Flagler Hotel , plus Naval base north of JAX with submarines. Raiders playing Jai Alia with heads as balls instead of balls.
